Do I need an appointment to visit the shop?
No appointment is needed, you can come anytime during our opening hours.
Are there pieces ready to buy at the shop?
We have samples of our designs at the store that you can try and aftewards we make it made-to-order for you.
If you are travelling to Barcelona and you are planning on visiting the shop, it is recommended that you come during your first days that way we might get the chance to make your piece before your departure.
How long will it take for my order to be made?
Currently our made-to-order time is around 5-15 business days.
Can my order be prioritized?
Yes! For an extra 10% of your order total, we’ll prioritize your order and ship your piece(s) within 1-5 business days.
For example, if your order is €100, the priority fee would be €10.
How do I request a priority order?
When placing your order, simply let us know that you’d like to prioritize it. You can do this by contacting us directly via email.

Are there any limitations to priority orders?
We do our best to accommodate all priority requests, but they may not be available during peak times or for certain complex, made-to-order pieces. If this is the case, we’ll notify you immediately and discuss the options.
If my measureamtes falls betweens different sizes, can you customize my order?
Yes! We are happy to customize your order to your specific measurements at no extra cost.
I'm concerned about the sheerness of the dresses, how can we customize it?
We can customize our dresses by adding layers to match your preferred level of sheerness. Contact us via email or social media, and we’ll guide you through the adjustments to ensure you feel comfortable wearing it.
