Do I need an appointment to visit the store?
No appointment is needed, you can visit anytime during the opening hours.

Are there pieces ready to buy at the shop?
We have samples of our designs at the store that you can try and aftewards we make it made-to-order for you.
How long will it take for my order to be made?
Currently our made-to-order time is around 5-15 business days.
Can my order be prioritized?
Yes! For an extra 25% of your order total, we’ll prioritize your order and ship your piece(s) within 1-5 business days.
For an extra 10% of your order total, we can prioritize and ship your order within 10 business days.
How do I request a priority order?
When placing your order, simply let us know that you’d like to prioritize it. You can do this by contacting us directly via email.

Are there any limitations to priority orders?
We do our best to accommodate all priority requests, but they may not be available during peak times or for certain complex, made-to-order pieces.
If my measurements fall between different sizes, can you customize my order?
Yes! We are happy to customize your order to your specific measurements at no extra cost.
