It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.). We deliver worldwide.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once you place your order, our made-to-order process takes approximately 10-20 business days. After that, delivery times will vary depending on the destination
Delivery within the EU and UK takes 1-3 working days.
International deliveries take 2-5 working days.
We ship exclusively with DHL express shipping.
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES?
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Returns
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to make a return.
The customer is responsible for the generated return costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
The product must be in perfect condition and the original labels need to be included.

Custom-made pieces are non-refundable.
